provalve damping control kit

ProMechA have developed the PROVALVE for conventional forks which offers a full 3 way lo/mid and high speed compression damping with an in-built hydraulic anti-dive circuit. With its integral dive control unit and shimstack adjustable damping control, the Provalve will give your conventional fork set the performance of a cartridge unit.

		The Provalve Kit is designed to optimise damping control resulting in improved dive control, traction, feel and fork action performance.
		The ability to fine-tune suspension is increased enormously allowing for a rider-specific set-up based on weight, riding style and application over and above any standard suspension.
		Because of the multi-stage shimstack configuration, we can separately control dive rate, lo/mid and hi-speed compression damping. Removing the fork cap and spring allows removal of the Provalve which then can easily be adjusted.
Promecha Provalves are an Aussie product. The kit comes with an assortment of different size shims and instructions. Easy to deal with, made from billet aluminium and makes a huge difference in handling.		When fitted with the correct spring and rebound modifications, your conventional fork set will be more than a challenge for the very best production motorcycle.

ultimate race cartridge fork internals

K-Tech's 25SSK is the ULTIMATE all aluminium Racing Fork Internals, using aerospace specification materials and manufacturing techniques, developed to a World Championship winning level of performance.

The big news in Australian Racing, Castrol Honda rider Adam Fergusson using the 25SSK Race Cartridge internals supplied by ProMechA, convincingly won the 2004 Australian Superbike and Supersport Titles. In 2005, Castrol Honda Rider Josh Brookes, also using the 25SSK supplied by ProMechA, then claimed the Superbike and Supersport titles. These two guys have won FOUR Australian Championships on K-Tech suspension in a two year period.

The improved 25SSK kit has been developed with input from Rocket Ron Haslam and other world class riders. It is the result of four years of evolution and the 2008 version is available now.

K-Tech's 20SSRK fork revalve, as used by 2005 British Superstock champion Lee Jackson during his winning season, is another new offering. This 20mm kit features new compression and rebound piston designs, revised settings for compression, rebound and mid-speed damping. There are also newly-designed rebound flow control needles

The custom designed Rebound Valve Kit gives much improved damping efficiency, which in turn gives a safer, more positive control of your motorcycle and a much wider range of rebound adjustment. This is due to the closer tolerance flow control metering orifice and adjustable needle that outperforms the standard part - allowing for tuning of the suspension to any style of riding.

The Flow Control Valve kit is designed to give enhanced precise compression adjustment by using a choice of 1.5 or 2.0mm adjustment circuits together with a shallower tapered flow control needle and is available for use with the 20SSRK and 20SSK Cartridge Fork Internals.
